Information we receive
When you purchase, TrendArc receives information needed to deliver and support your order, including your email address, transaction status, checkout-session details, and related communications. Link and Stripe collect and process payment, billing, tax, and fraud-prevention information. TrendArc does not receive your full card number.
How we use information
We use customer information to verify payment, deliver the purchased file, provide support, prevent misuse, maintain business records, process refunds, and comply with legal obligations.
How information is shared
Information may be shared with Link and Stripe for payment administration, with service providers that operate the website or business, and when required by law. TrendArc does not sell personal information or use it for third-party targeted advertising.
Retention and security
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for access management, support, accounting, dispute handling, and legal compliance. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information TrendArc controls, subject to legal and recordkeeping requirements. Requests concerning Link or Stripe data should also be directed to those providers.
Third-party services
The Stripe-hosted checkout is governed by Stripe’s privacy policy. TradingView is governed by its own policy when you choose to install and use a TrendArc script there. This policy applies only to information controlled by TrendArc.
