Terms of Use

1. Product and license
TrendArc Trend is a downloadable Pine Script for TradingView. A purchase gives one purchaser a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use it in their own TradingView account. The file may not be shared, resold, sublicensed, publicly distributed, or used to create a competing product.
2. Access and delivery
After Stripe verifies payment, Trend is delivered as an immediate download. You must maintain your own compatible TradingView account to install and use the script. Contact support if a confirmed purchase does not produce a working download.
3. Product updates
Your purchase includes the current Trend v6 file. Features, interface details, documentation, and supported-market guidance may be updated over time, but future versions or unrelated products are not promised unless stated separately.
4. Intended use
The indicator presents directional state, a trend ribbon and halo, optional value reference, confirmation context, and configurable alerts. It is provided for informational and educational use only. It is not investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, and it does not execute trades.
5. Trading risk
Markets involve substantial risk. TrendArc does not promise accuracy, profitability, or any particular outcome. You remain solely responsible for your trading decisions, position sizing, risk controls, and losses.
6. Third-party services
Purchases are processed through Link and Stripe Managed Payments. Use of the indicator depends on TradingView. Those services have their own terms, privacy practices, availability, and account requirements. TrendArc is not affiliated with or endorsed by TradingView.
7. Refunds
Refunds are governed by the TrendArc Refund Policy, applicable law, and any rights provided by Link or Stripe.
8. Availability and changes
We may correct errors, maintain the indicator, adjust features, or discontinue future distribution when necessary for security, legal compliance, platform requirements, or misuse. These changes do not expand your right to redistribute the downloaded file.
9. Disclaimer and liability
The product is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. TrendArc is not liable for market losses, missed opportunities, TradingView outages, third-party service failures, or indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
